Tadjourah: Decentralized Baccalaureate
For the fourth year running, the Tadjourah region hosted the decentralized Baccalaureate examinations, an initiative launched in 2022 to bring examinations closer to students in the regions.

470 candidates sat the exams at the Lycée Moussa-Ali (general baccalaureate) and the Lycée Technique (vocational baccalaureate). There were also candidates from the Randa and Adaillou schools.

Special measures were put in place to provide accommodation, meals and transport for students from remote areas.

The opening ceremony was attended by the prefect, Mohamed Houmed Abass, and other regional authorities. Education Inspector Ahmed Hamadou Ibrahim praised the involvement of local players in the success of this session, which is part of a national policy to reduce inequalities in access to education.

Obock: close monitoring of the exams in the two examination centers
